Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the shipping cost in case of damage or defects.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
